๐ŸŒน The Path of Love ๐ŸŒน

The ultimate goal of the brothers of Prophet Yusuf  ุนู„ูŠู‡ ุงู„ุณู„ุงู… was simply to attain a greater share of their father's love. However, the path they chose to achieve it was entirely wrong. They reasoned within themselves: *"If we just get rid of Yusuf, our father’s love will belong solely to us. Yusuf is the only obstacle standing between us and our father."* But this was a massive delusion.

The easiest and most direct way to win a father's love is to love those whom the father loves. Had they embraced Yusuf and Binyamin (Benjamin), and realized that loving them was the truest *Waseelah* (means) to gaining their father’s heart, the painful story of separation would have ended right there.

Unfortunately, this very misconception remains the recurring narrative within religious life and human history to this day. Many of the divisions among us mirror the conflict between Yusuf and his brothers. **Love is the language of the heart.** Those who seek religion merely within the dry pages of a textbook often fail to understand this.

Allah is One, the Absolute, Besought of all. There is no intermediary between Him and His servant. Yet, the paths to reach Him (*Waseelahs*) are those He Himself has laid out for us: true faith, righteous deeds, and equally—**loving those whom He loves, honoring those whom He has chosen, and aligning ourselves with those who deserve respect. *Walking alongside them is the most beautiful way to draw closer to Him.*

 ู‚ُู„ْ ู‡َٰุฐِู‡ِ ุณَุจِูŠู„ِูŠ — "Say, This is my way..."

As highlighted in the final verses of Surah Yusuf, this is the exact path of Prophet Muhammad ุตู„ู‰ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุนู„ูŠู‡ ูˆุณู„ู…, the way of the Noble Companions ุฑุถูŠ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุนู†ู‡ู…, the stand taken by Imam Hussain ุฑุถูŠ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุนู†ู‡ at Karbala, and the legacy followed by the Imams of Ahl us-Sunnah.

se who walked this path faced immense trials—often inflicted by their very own brothers. They were the ones thrown into wells, tested by the seductions of Zulaikha, unjustly imprisoned, and falsely accused of theft when they were entirely innocent. Yet, in the end, they were the ones who became kings.

They were oppressed, but they never became oppressors. Consequently, ultimate honor and victory belonged to them. They wore the crown of history and conquered the hearts of the believers. Generations later, those traveling the path of *Muhabbat* (divine love) still long for a single glimpse of them, holding them close to their hearts, and singing their praises (*Mad'h*) to earn a share of that sacred love.

*"O Allah, grant me Your love, the love of those who love You, and the love of every deed that brings me closer to Your love."* (Hadith)
